Okay this dress looks really bad on me without the belt. I probably should have gotten a small instead of a medium because it completely hides my waist, causing me to look wider than I am.. Other than that it's really cute and I'm obsessed with the collar and print. It' from Forever 21.
The top here is also from Forever 21 and the shorts are from JC Penny. The top has an awesome print on it, which is why picked it up. Seriously in love. Also, I've never noticed how short my arms are. Sigh.
